Authentic Curry Catering

Sipid Bites curries are made with hormone free, all natural, local, and organic ingredients. Most of these dishes are are also low fat, so they are healthy meals.

Any of these items can be ordered 2-3 days ahead of time, minimum 4 portions for delivery on any day of the week. The Blackboard will be updated every week and will have 2 or more curries and at least 1 side/à la carte option that can be ordered for the listed days. There are no minimums for Blackboard orders. Kofta [meatball] Curry  * *

Hand-made lamb and beef meatballs with a special masala blend, slow cooked in a rich spicy gravy
of tomato and cream with chili, clove, and coriander. This one is a must-try!

Mom’s Classic: Chicken, Beef, or Lamb (when available)  * *

This is mom’s recipe. A classic, Pakistani curry recipe passed down the generations. The pre-marinated meat is cooked in a rich, spicy, yet creamy gravy with the family’s special masala blend.

Spicy Vindaloo: Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable * * *

This traditional curry is one of the spiciest in Indian cuisine. Originating from a Portuguese dish transported to South India, it is known for it's vinegar and garlic. This spicy tomato gravy bathes slow-cooked bites of
meat that have soaked up all the heat and flavor like in a stew.   
Some like it hot, hot, hot!

  Aloo: Chana, Matar, or Palak *
[potato~chickpea, sweet pea, or spinach]

This meatless delight is Sarah’s own creation based on a fusion of flavors and techniques.
Creamy potato and tender veggies, soak up the gravy made extra creamy
with coconut milk. You’re going to love it whether you are a carnivore, vegetarian, or vegan!

Biriyani: Fish, Shrimp, Chicken, or Vegetable  * *

A Pakistani/Indian dish where rice and curry are combined. Similar to a paella,

everything is cooked in the same pan and built up in stages with a great spicy masala blend.
Served with fresh herbs.

Aloo Tikkis
[potato~cakes]

Thick potato cakes, seasoned with Sarah’s spice blend based on Mom's recipe. 
Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. A great appetizer!
Served with Herb Chutney.

Chana Masala * *
[chickpea~spice]

Tender chickpea, garlic, red onion, chili pepper cooked in a thick and flavorful tomato masala.
(Can be made as a curry as well. Curry package prices will apply.)

Palak Paneer *
[spinach~cheese]

House-made cheese curd with authentic paneer masala blend and thick, creamy spinach sauce.

Aloo Gobi
[potato~cauliflower]

Pakistani style potato and cauliflower with turmeric, tomato, onion, and garlic.

Daal *
[lentils]

Laal [red]: Traditional Pakistani style with turmeric, garlic, and cilantro.

Kala [black]: Slow cooked to perfection, with ginger, coriander, and tomato.

CONDIMENTS

For options where 2 condiments are available, 1 raita and 1 chutney will be provided

Raita

A citrus and/or herb infused yogurt dressing to add to anything. Adds a creamy, fragrant, and tangy factor and cools the spice level down a bit, too.

Herb Chutney *

Made with different combinations of fresh herbs such as mint, cilantro, or scallion with a little sweet and spice. 
When you add this spunky herbacious conidment to anything you wish, it a the adds layers 
to the flavor profile and a nice kick to your palate.


Mango/Seasonal Fruit Chutney *

Made with fresh mango or other seasonal fruit, a little sweet and a little spicy to add dimension to any curry, side dish, dip, or sandwich.

Fresh Mango Pickle * *

Alternatively from traditional cooked or fermented pickle, this is made from fresh mango, 
with a unique spice blend, this is a great rich spicy, sweet and sour
addition to anything on the menu.
